Job summary

TOTAL MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking a restaurant services supervisor in Singapore to support daily operations, motivate the team, and ensure adherence to SOPs.

You will assist with scheduling, forecasting, inventory, hygiene standards and handling customer concerns, while maintaining open communication and teamwork on shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent.
• Certificate in Food & Beverage service required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the management with daily operational matters
• Motivate team members and maintain a high level of team cohesiveness
• Ensure staff adhere to company SOP
• Support daily operation in collaboration with managers, assist with forecasting, weekly schedule, restaurant profitability evaluation
• Plan routine cleaning of the outlet
• Routine inventory stock checking
• Maintain Food Hygiene and Safety Standards
• Execution of maintenance schedule for equipment and inspections
• Resolve service disruptions or customer complaints
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prepare work for outlet opening and closing during operation hours

• Able to commit shift work, weekends and public holidays
