Job summary

OCD HANDS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Operations Assistant to support daily restaurant activities and lead a cohesive team. You will ensure SOP adherence, assist with scheduling and forecasts, and help maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

The role requires 2+ years in KTV/Restaurant Service or equivalent, plus a Certificate in Food & Beverage service, and strong communication skills. Shift work including weekends and public holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent.
• Certificate in Food & Beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with daily operational matters to ensure smooth service.
• Motivate team members and maintain high level of team cohesiveness.
• Ensure staff adhere to company SOPs and service standards.
• Support daily operations with managers, assist forecasting, scheduling, and profitability reviews.
• Plan routine cleaning and maintain outlet cleanliness.
• Conduct routine inventory stock checks and monitor stock levels.
• Maintain Food Hygiene and Safety Standards in all activities.
• Execute maintenance schedules for equipment and perform inspections.
• Handle service disruptions or customer complaints effectively.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and team.
• Prepare opening and closing duties and ensure smooth handover during shifts.

Job Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Assist the management with daily operational matters
• Motivate team members and maintain a high level of team cohesiveness
• Ensure staff adhere to company SOP
• Support the daily operation in collaboration with the managers, assist with monthly forecasting, weekly schedule, restaurant profitability evaluation etc.
• Plan routine cleaning of the outlet
• Routine inventory stock checking
• Maintain Food Hygiene and Safety Standards
• Execution of maintenance schedule for equipment and perform routine inspections
• Able to resolve any service disruptions or customer complaints
• Able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible for the preparation work of outlet opening and closing during operation hours

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 year of relevant experience in KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent
• At least a Certificate in Food & Beverage service
• Great communication skills
• Able to commit shift work, weekends and public holidays
