Job summary

DAY ONE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Outlet Supervisor to support the Outlet Manager in daily operations, drive revenue, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced F&B environment.

You will lead guest relations and assist in the development of team members while ensuring cost control and cleanliness. This role requires a Diploma in F&B and at least 3 years of relevant experience in KTV, restaurant service, F&B operations, retail, or related customer-facing service.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food & Beverage or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in KTV, restaurant service, F&B operations, retail or related customer-facing service.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong planning and people management skills to lead a dynamic service team.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in the outlet operations.
• Drive revenue, maximize profits and minimize costs of the outlet.
• Establish good relations with guests, handle all guest requests or enquiries promptly, professionally and sincerely.
• Ability to handle customer feedback and maintain high service standards.
• Responsible for maintaining overall cleanliness of outlet area.
• Build strong relationships with team members and assist in their development.
• Manage staff discipline, appearance and work performance.
• Co-lead the team to achieve high quality services delivered to guests at all times.
• Responsible for recruitment, orientation and training of staff.
• Responsible for monthly staff schedule planning.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the company.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess min. Diploma in Food & Beverage or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in KTV, restaurant service, F&B operations, retail or a related customer-facing service environment.
• Strong financial management and business acumen, with knowledge of current sales and marketing practices relevant to the F&B industry.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Strong planning and people management skills to lead a dynamic service team
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks, work effectively under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
