Job summary

ONE PLUS ONE HUMAN RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking a facilities supervisor to oversee daily operations, plan resources, and manage food storage and wastage on site.

You will lead a team, coordinate safety policies, onboard new hires, and maintain strong customer/vendor relationships while handling ad-hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent.
• Certificate in Food & Beverage service.
• Excellent communication; able to commit to shift work, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operations of the facility.
• Schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting to all activities.
• Monitor and control food management on site to ensure proper storage and minimize wastage.
• Foster positive communications and relationships with team members, management, vendors and clients.
• Provide for site safety and security, devise and implement site policies and SOPs.
• Handle emergencies according to procedures, prepare and file accident reports.
• Supervise and evaluate staff, complete reviews, maintain attendance records.
• Interview candidates; onboard and train new hires.
• Set goals and oversee work to completion, schedule and track assignments.
• Communicate with customers regarding products and services.
• Liase with customers and work closely with them.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Communicate with customers regarding products and services


• Liase and work closely with customers


• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:
