Warmly greet and acknowledge all walk‑in guests with a friendly smile
Lead guests to their seats and ensure they are comfortably settled
Present menus, highlight boutique specials, take and serve orders efficiently
Respond promptly and professionally to guests’ needs, such as water refills or bill presentation
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of condiments, cutlery, service stations, and bar areas
Perform general housekeeping duties including sweeping, mopping, glassware cleaning, and restroom upkeep (if applicable)
Accurately input orders into the POS system under supervision
Support the team with any additional tasks assigned by your superior
Friendly and service‑minded individuals who enjoy customer interaction
At least 2–3 years of experience in a managerial role (For Assistant Outlet Manager)
Team players with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced F&B environment
Prior experience in F&B service is a plus, but not required – training will be provided
