Service Crew (F&B)

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
• Take and confirm orders accurately using POS systems.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure orders are correct before delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, counters, and service stations.
• Assist with basic food preparation, plating, or packaging when required.
• Top up condiments, utensils, and supplies to ensure readiness for service.
• Manage queue flow, seating arrangements, and customer enquiries.
• Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to supervisors when needed.
• Process payments accurately, including cash, card, and digital transactions.
• Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards at all times.
• Support opening and closing duties such as setting up the restaurant or securing premises.
• Work closely with team members to maintain smooth operations during busy periods.
