Job summary

AutoSprint Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Service Advisor to be the primary touchpoint for customers, coordinating vehicle repair and maintenance services while ensuring an exceptional experience.

You will handle frontline customer service, prepare repair orders, and support workshop operations with strong communication and interpersonal skills, plus a valid Class 3 license. This role also requires meticulous vehicle checks at check-in and thorough handover follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC 3 in Automotive Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in automotive service advisory or workshop operations is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and requests for vehicle repair and maintenance services.
• Provide professional and accurate repair recommendations based on customers’ needs and vehicle condition.
• Communicate estimated job completion times and provide timely updates and follow-ups until handover.
• Conduct thorough checks on vehicles during check-in to identify issues and verify requested work; perform check-out inspections to ensure all repair and maintenance work has been completed correctly before returning the vehicle to the customer.
• Prepare and issue repair work orders, service job cards, and invoices.
• Recommend suitable products, services, and service packages to customers based on their needs and vehicle usage.
• Submit warranty claims accurately and follow up to ensure claims are processed in a timely manner.
• Coordinate the movement and shifting of vehicles within the company’s compound when required.
• Support workshop operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

General Duties

• Coordinate the movement and shifting of vehicles within the company’s compound when required.
• Support workshop operations as needed.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management in line with workshop needs.
