Job summary

Wearnes Automotive in Singapore is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to deliver a premium client experience. You will manage vehicle check-ins, create job cards and handovers, and provide clear repair explanations, timelines and quotes.

You will proactively communicate progress to customers, upsell services where appropriate, coordinate between technicians and front-of-house, monitor KPIs, and support daily workshop operations while upholding manufacturer standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as automotive Service Advisor or Aftersales role.
• Strong understanding of vehicle servicing and repair processes.
• Hands-on type in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Organised with attention to detail; long-term career in automotive aftersales.
• Full, valid driving licence (Class 3) required; Mandarin an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for service customers, delivering premium experience.
• Manage end-to-end service process: check-in, job card creation and handover.
• Provide accurate repair explanations, timelines and cost estimates.
• Communicate work progress, delays and additional requirements.
• Ensure documentation complies with company and manufacturer standards.
• Upsell additional services and products to maximise revenue.
• Assist with basic inspections and coordination between technicians and front-of-house.
• Help manage daily workshop operations and scheduling.
• Monitor KPIs like labour sales, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to process improvements for better efficiency and service quality.
