Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore seeks a Service Advisor to handle calls, enquiries, bookings, and vehicle reception, providing service and repair recommendations and coordinating with the workshop to meet deadlines.

Preferred: customer service experience and a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license. Shortlisted candidates will be notified.

• Call customers within 72 hours from last visit to ensure job progress.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Making appointment: Service Advisor is required to answer phone calls, enquiries and make appointments for customers.
• Vehicle receiving: Attend and provide service maintenance and repair recommendation to customers.
• In-service follow-up: Coordinate with workshop to ensure the vehicle meets service deadline and provide additional quotation to customer, if any.
• Vehicle hand‑over: Contact customer for vehicle collection and explain work performed and servicing/repair charges when customer arrives.
• Follow‑up call: Call customers within 72 hours from last visit to ensure job is carried out in order.

Job Requirements

Preferred: customer service experience and a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
