• Attend to customers' requests for service bookings, inquiries, and complaints promptly.
• Communicate with customers to establish service or repair needs and translate into quotations.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring the vehicle is repaired per customer requirements.
• Provide quotations to customers on parts/services.
• Address customer concerns, doubts, and queries professionally.
• Coordinate with the workshop on pending jobs to meet timelines and update customers.
• Follow up on outstanding payments.

Job description

Responsible :-

• Attend to customers' requests for service bookings, inquiries, and complaints about their vehicles promptly.
• Communicate with customers to establish the service or repair needs for their vehicles and translate these job requirements into comprehensive quotations for their agreement.
• Enhance customers satisfaction by ensuringthevehicleisrepaired accordingtocustomers requirement.
• Provide quotation to customers on parts/ services
• Address customer’s concerns, doubts & queries professionally
• Handling Insurance claim
• Coordinate with the workshop on pending jobs to ensure adherence to completion timelines, and keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles.
• Follow up on any outstanding payments.

Requirements :-

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level/ or NTC 2 in Automotive/ Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years or more relevant working experience in an automotive workshop
• Good technical knowledge of car components and knowledge of repair estimates with the ability to identify and effectively solve problems.
• Working knowledge of the motor insurance claim process would be an advantage.
• Strong administrative and coordination qualities.
• Team player with a customer-oriented mindset
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Class 3 driving license
