Job summary

A hospitality group in Singapore is looking to hire passionate Waiters who will deliver exceptional dining experiences as they prepare for their opening in Q1 2026. The ideal candidates should possess good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude, willing to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts. Experience in food and beverage service is preferred, but not mandatory. This role includes greeting guests, taking orders, serving food, and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an F&B Server or in a similar role preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for long hours and carry trays.

As we prepare for our opening in Q1 2026, we are seeking passionate and service-oriented Waiters to deliver exceptional dining experiences, ensuring our hotel’s high service standards and warm hospitality shine in a competitive hospitality landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
• Serve food and drinks promptly and according to service standards
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Handle bills, payments, and cash/card transactions accurately
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Upsell menu items, promotions, and specials when appropriate
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including side stations and cleaning

Requirements
