Senior Video & Social Media Content Manager

(Full-time, Beauty Industry – Singapore)

Salary: S$4500 – S$8000/month

Location: Singapore (Shimmer & Shine Beauty Salon, multiple outlets)

What You’ll Do

• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish short-form videos (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, Xiaohongshu) – end-to-end ownership.
• Manage social media accounts independently, grow followers & engagement.
• Capture authentic customer experiences and create engaging beauty content.
• Track performance (views, reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of proven experience in video creation & social media management.
• Strong portfolio of viral/relevant content.
• Advanced skills in filming & editing (CapCut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro).
• Creative, independent, results-driven.
