Job summary

EQUE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Training & Development Specialist to design and deliver onboarding programmes that give new hires a strong start and sense of belonging.

You will run high-impact training sessions, create manuals and SOPs, and monitor effectiveness to continually improve learning outcomes. This role collaborates with department heads and HR to align training with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma and above.
• Outstanding facilitation and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience developing training materials, SOPs, and learning resources.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple programmes and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding programmes for new employees.
• Facilitate targeted training sessions for staff to upskill.
• Organise refresher and continuous learning programmes.
• Develop and maintain training manuals as references across the org.
• Create engaging training materials and guides for complex concepts.
• Develop SOPs and work instructions for consistency and compliance.
• Monitor training effectiveness via assessments and feedback, refine programmes.
• Partner with department heads and HR to identify learning gaps and align initiatives with business priorities.
