PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR professional to manage full recruitment cycles and support all HR matters including onboarding, in Singapore.

You will draft job descriptions, implement recruiting strategies, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate offers. You will also drive onboarding in Workday and develop wellness programs while supporting audit training and site communications.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 8 years HR related experience, preferably in a mass-hiring environment.
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with business units to draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Identify and implement efficient recruiting methods based on role, standards, and needs.
• Assist with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
• Schedule interviews and prepare interview questions and materials.
• Assist with interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate on offers, salary ranges, incentives, and start dates.
• Assimilate new hires into the organization; manage onboarding in Workday.
• Support site-wide communications activities.
• Develop, implement and administer HR policies to meet business needs.
• Drive Employee Engagement Programs with one direct report.
• Ensure timely reporting of new hire data and statistics.
• Develop Health and Wellness programs and community relations.
• Assist with plant audits and customer audit training.
