Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Learning & Development professional to support Needs Analysis, capability building and onboarding initiatives. The role covers coordinating learning programmes, managing registrations, tracking budgets and preparing management reports.

You will liaise with HR business partners and departments to ensure smooth administration of sponsorships, leadership development and corporate orientation for new hires. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology, Education or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support follow-up from Learning Needs Analysis discussions and surveys.
• Assist in consolidating learning gaps, proposed interventions and implementation progress.
• Coordinate learning interventions aligned to staff readiness and hospital ramp-up needs.
• Prepare briefing materials, summaries and simple reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate learning programmes, workshops and staff development initiatives.
• Manage course nominations, registrations, attendance records and payment.
• Maintain learning trackers, dashboards and monthly reporting.
• Liaise with departments, training providers and stakeholders on programme administration.
• Monitor and maintain learning budget utilisation records, including tracking expenses, committed amounts and available balances for staff development programmes and learning initiatives.
• Assist in preparing budget updates, payment tracking and simple reports to support management reporting and planning.

Education

Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology, Education or related discipline.
