Korn Ferry Vietnam is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for specialist technical and engineering roles. You will partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and devise effective hiring strategies, while proactively sourcing hard-to-find talent and building robust pipelines.

Expect to contribute market insights and ensure ATS compliance as part of a global RPO team.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience in tech domains.
• Experience recruiting software/firmware/AI/ML/hardware roles.
• Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping ability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across specialist technical and engineering roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop hiring strategies.
• Proactively source talent using direct sourcing, Boolean search and talent mapping.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide market insights on talent availability and skills.
• Maintain recruitment data and ATS compliance.
• Work as part of Korn Ferry’s global RPO team.
