Job summary

Korn Ferry in Singapore is seeking a Senior Tech Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering, GTM and sales roles. Based at Depot Road with a hybrid arrangement, you will partner with hiring managers to attract and secure top tech talent across multinational teams.

Experience in direct sourcing, Boolean searches, market intelligence and ATS usage is essential. You will manage multiple roles and strive to deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment within in-house, RPO or agency environments for tech organisations.
• Proven track record recruiting for technical engineering, hardware, firmware, networking, IT infrastructure or tech sales.
• Direct sourcing expertise including Boolean searching, talent mapping and passive engagement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Broad knowledge of recruitment market dynamics and sourcing strategies in technology.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and other recruitment technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment and communicate in English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from briefs to offers.
• Lead recruitment across engineering and commercial roles including GTM and sales.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop targeted strategies.
• Proactively identify talent via direct sourcing, Boolean searches, and networking.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche roles.
• Provide market intelligence on candidates, salaries and hiring trends.
• Develop stakeholder relationships and influence hiring decisions.
• Champion best practices and improve sourcing processes and candidate experience.
• Ensure accurate recruitment data and ATS compliance.
• Collaborate with the broader Korn Ferry RPO team to meet objectives.
