Korn Ferry is seeking a Senior Recruiter (PR & Communications) based in Singapore, with hybrid flexibility (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). You will lead end-to-end recruitment across PR, communications and related roles for APAC markets, partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic hiring solutions.

You will source via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches and talent mapping, using AI-enabled tools and market insights to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally within an in-house Talent Acquisition, RPO or recruitment agency environment.
• Experience recruiting within PR, communications, advertising, marketing, digital or creative agency environments would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to partner with business leaders and hiring managers across multiple countries.

Responsabilités

• Lead the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across PR, communications and related specialist positions, from hiring manager briefings and sourcing through to candidate assessment, interviews and offer management.
• Partner with senior business leaders and hiring managers across APAC to understand hiring priorities and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, direct sourcing, networking and talent mapping.
• Leverage market insights to identify talent, analyze trends and develop data-driven sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across APAC markets.
• Provide talent market insights to support informed hiring decisions.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, providing consultative recruitment advice.
