Korn Ferry is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment for a global logistics and supply chain leader. Based in Pasig City, Philippines, the role delivers across corporate functions and customer service, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent.

You will source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, screen efficiently, and manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in-house, RPO or agency settings.
• Experience recruiting for corporate functions, shared services, customer service or business support roles.
• Strong sourcing capabilities including direct sourcing and Boolean searches.
• Excellent stakeholder management across different business functions and levels.
• Experience handling multiple vacancies in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and JobStreet.
• Strong written and verbal English and Tagalog communication.
• Comfortable onsite in Pasig City 3 days per week with 2 days work-from-home.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from briefings to offers.
• Deliver recruitment across corporate functions and customer service roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches and referrals.
• Screen candidates and assess fit for each position.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates for a positive experience.
• Provide talent market insights to support hiring decisions.
• Manage multiple vacancies and ensure recruitment timelines and SLAs are met.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and ensure compliance with processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
