Korn Ferry RPO is staffing a Senior Recruiter for 100% remote work in Vietnam on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role targets end-to-end recruitment across software, firmware, AI/ML and hardware engineering, partnering with hiring managers to craft effective hiring strategies.

The candidate will proactively source talent, build pipelines, and provide market insights while maintaining ATS compliance and collaborating with Korn Ferry’s global RPO team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment in a technology or engineering environment.
• Ability to recruit across software, firmware, AI/ML and/or hardware domains.
• Proven direct sourcing, Boolean search and talent mapping skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication.
• Comfortable working independently in a 100% remote setup.
• Available to start on short notice.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for specialist technical and engineering roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop hiring strategies.
• Proactively source hard-to-find talent using direct sourcing, Boolean search and talent mapping.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Provide market insights on talent availability and skills.
• Maintain recruitment data accuracy and ATS compliance.
• Collaborate within Korn Ferry’s global RPO team.
