Job summary

cyclect facilities management pte. ltd. is seeking a lead technician to oversee shift-based preventive maintenance and building works across our client sites in Singapore.

You will ensure compliance with Service Agreements and SLAs, supervise contractors, implement quality maintenance programmes, and uphold safety, health, and statutory requirements for M&E systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Built Environment.
• Minimum 5 years of field experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians during shifts in carrying out preventive maintenance, facilities and building works.
• Ensure contractual obligations under the Service Agreements are complied with.
• Coordinate and supervise contractor works.
• Ensure contractor performance complies with the relevant Service Level Agreements.
• Implement the quality maintenance programme.
• Comply with statutory and government requirements.
• Conduct regular audits of the building and M&E systems.
• Ensure installations are maintained in compliance with building and statutory requirements.
• Manage building risk, safety and security.
• Ensure works comply with the Workplace Safety & Health Act and authority requirements.
