VANGUARD FACILITY MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on maintenance supervisor to plan, organize, and supervise on-site teams and contractors, ensuring facility reliability and timely completion of planned works.

You will investigate faults to prevent recurrence, oversee upgrades and contract compliance, conduct regular inspections, and coordinate with stakeholders in English to maintain strong working relationships.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Building Maintenance, Facilities, Mechanical, Electrical, Real Estate Management, Civil, or Structural discipline with minimum 2 years relevant experience.
• Experience working on government projects.
• Availability to start work immediately or within short notice.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and supervise on-site contractors to execute planned and ad-hoc maintenance works effectively
• Investigate, analyze, and determine causes of reported breakdowns and faults to prevent future occurrences
• Supervise upgrading projects and routine maintenance to ensure timely and quality completion
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and systems to verify functionality and reliability
• Ensure contractors comply with contract requirements by evaluating performance and reviewing contract specifications
• Follow up with term contractors to ensure defects are rectified after servicing work
• Communicate clearly in English to coordinate with stakeholders and maintain effective working relationships
