Job summary

TDCX TALENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Technical Executive to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring reliable asset performance and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate fault responses, track contractor delivery, and lead site inspections to support safe operations. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in engineering or FM, with 3+ years’ experience and familiarity with CMMS systems and RCA investigations.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of facilities management experience.
• MSD System Integrator accreditation or security systems experience in protected facilities preferred.
• Experience in contractor management, incident reporting, RCA, proposal prep, asset inventories and CMMS usage.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Preference will be given to candidates with MSD System Integrator accreditation or prior experience supporting security systems within protected facilities.
• Demonstrated experience in contractor management, incident reporting, root cause analysis (RCA), work proposal preparation, asset inventory management, and the use of CMMS systems.
