Job summary

Koyo International Limited is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to service and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment and building services at client sites in Singapore.

The role requires diagnosing on-site issues, performing tests to comply with regulatory standards, and ensuring timely completion of scheduled activities with high professionalism and customer service. You will troubleshoot, perform site analyses, handle technical issues, and support ad-hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma/NITEC in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 5 years’ experience maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment and building services.
• CoreTrade and safety certificates preferred (added advantage).
• Independent with initiative and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and rectify on-site problems.
• Provide technical knowledge and back-up for scheduled activities.
• Handle and manage technical issues.
• Perform site analyses.
• Conduct tests to meet regulatory requirements.
• Service and maintain equipment.
• Ensure tasks from Superior are carried out.
• Handle customer complaints tactfully.
• Uphold professionalism and customer service at all times.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Higher NITEC, or NTC-2 in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent


• Min 5 years relevant working experience in maintain mechanical and electrical equipment and building services.


• Possess CoreTrade and any Safety related certificates, an added advantage


• Commitment to complete given tasks on time independently with initiative
