Job summary

CPG Facilities Management Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Executive to assist the Building Manager in daily operations, planning maintenance, and supervising on-site contractors at our Central CBD site in Singapore.

You will investigate faults, inspect facilities, and ensure contract compliance while communicating in English with stakeholders. A 5-day work week from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm applies, with work location at Central CBD.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in building maintenance/facility management or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• FSM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan and organize a team of on-site contractors for maintenance works.
• Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns to determine their cause and prevent recurrence.
• Supervise upgrading projects as required.
• Carry out regular inspections to ensure facilities and systems function reliably.
• Ensure contractors meet contract requirements and review their performance.
• Communicate well in English with stakeholders and maintain good working rapport.
• Follow up defects with term contractors after servicing work.

Job description

The role of Technical Executive will be reporting and assisting Building Manager in the daily operations and the following responsibilities:

• Supervise, plan and organize a team of on-site contractors in carrying out planned and ad-hoc maintenance works.

• Investigate, check and analyze reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.

• Supervise upgrading projects, if required

• Carry out regular inspection to the facilities and systems and ensure their functionality and reliability.

• Ensure contractors carry out works in accordance with contract requirements, including evaluation of contractors’ performance and review of contract specifications.

• Communicate well in English (both spoken and written) and is expected to establish good working rapport with stakeholders.

• Follow up with term contractors on defects rectification after servicing work.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in building maintenance/facility/mechanical/electrical/real estate management/ civil/ structural with minimum 3 years in relevant working experience

• Preferred with working experience in government project.

• Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certified, and hands-on experience will be preferred.

Work Location: Central, CBD

Working Schedule: 5-day, 8.30 am - 6.00 pm
