Job summary

Alphaeus is a Singapore-based technology solutions company seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead recruitment for technology projects and guide a small team of recruiters. You will own hiring targets, drive end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, and partner with clients to resolve hiring challenges.

The role emphasizes leadership, ownership, and impact across exciting technology initiatives within cloud, cybersecurity, software engineering, and digital transformation projects.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Team lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Resourceful, proactive and organized.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering roles.
• Own hiring targets and ensure projects are adequately staffed on time.
• Lead volume hiring and recruitment for key projects and client accounts.
• Source and engage talent through job portals, social media, referrals, networking and direct sourcing.
• Assess candidates and present suitable profiles to clients and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Lead and coach a team of 2–3 Recruiters.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to resolve hiring challenges and keep recruitment on track.
