Job summary

RED ALPHA CYBERSECURITY in Singapore seeks a dual-track senior role spanning recruitment and admissions pipeline management for the ASTP and Augment Staffing client placements. You will drive end-to-end sourcing, screening, onboarding, and relationship-building with industry partners and government agencies.

You will manage trainee admissions, candidate pipelines, and placement activity, coordinating assessments, interviews, and employer readiness in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across recruitment and admissions/pipeline management.
• Experience coordinating admissions, assessments, and interviews.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience building industry and government agency partnerships.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, tech training, or workforce development a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & client placement lifecycle management for Augment Staffing assignments.
• Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, referrals and passive outreach for senior profiles.
• Match candidates to client requirements and manage placement to deployment.
• Manage ASTP admissions inquiries, screening, and records in the admissions database.
• Coordinate admissions assessments, tests, and interviews with panels.
• Track trainee contracts and ensure timely completion of agreements.
• Post and refresh job/programme listings on MyCareersFuture, LinkedIn, and university portals.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and government agency representatives.
• Support campaigns with marketing to attract high-quality candidates.
• Provide resume guidance, mock interviews, and coaching for employers.
