Alphaeus in Singapore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on technology to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, build a strong candidate network, and coordinate interviews and onboarding.

You will source candidates via portals, networking, referrals; screen for skills and career goals; work with clients to understand needs; and develop lasting relationships with candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and coaching skills.
• Resourceful, proactive and organized.
• A positive, people-oriented team player who enjoys meeting and connecting with people.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles.
• Source and engage candidates through job portals, networking, referrals and other channels.
• Screen and interview candidates to understand their skills, experience and career goals
• Work with clients to understand their needs and find the right talent for their teams
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool and network.
• Coordinate interviews, offers and onboarding through to successful placement.
• Build lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.
