Job summary

Alphaeus, a Singapore-based technology solutions company, seeks a Team Leader, Client Services & People Delivery to manage client relationships, lead manpower delivery and ensure our people and projects are well supported. Responsibilities

• Be the key point of contact for assigned clients and build strong working relationships.
• Understand client workforce needs and ensure timely manpower fulfilment.
• Work with Recruitment to manage hiring, including high-volume and mass recruitment.
• Oversee onboarding, deployment, replacements and workforce transitions.
• Monitor manpower status, service levels and operational performance.
• Collaborate with HR Operations to resolve employee and workforce matters.
• Identify service gaps and proactively address client and operational issues.
• Prepare and share regular account and performance updates.
• Partner with Business Development to identify opportunities to grow and retain client accounts.
• Lead and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a smooth client and employee experience.

We’re looking for a Team Leader, Client Services & People Delivery to manage client relationships, lead manpower delivery and ensure our people and projects are well supported.

Your Role

What We’re Looking For

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, client services, workforce management or a related role, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong client engagement and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Good negotiation and coaching skills.
• Resourceful, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
