Job summary

ALPHAEUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to support recruitment delivery across technology and project-based accounts.

This role suits fresh graduates or junior recruiters eager to gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding. You will work closely with senior team members, receive training, and gradually own vacancies. The position emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Up to two years in recruitment, HR, customer service, sales or admin considered.
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition and tech sector.
• Strong written and spoken communication; interview and onboarding exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases and referrals.
• Review applications and conduct initial candidate screening.
• Match candidates to job and client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support offer management, documentation and onboarding arrangements.
• Maintain candidate and vacancy records in the ATS and HR system.
• Provide recruitment updates to senior team members.
