Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search.
• Strong sourcing capabilities including LinkedIn Recruiter and direct search methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life-cycle for technology and digital positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and workforce plans.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent.
