Job summary

Brooks Automation in Singapore seeks a Senior Recruiter to lead APAC talent attraction on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with remote work options. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across functions including engineering, manufacturing, IT, and supply chain, focusing on Malaysia and Johor Bahru.

You will partner with global leaders, craft sourcing strategies, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in-house, agency, or RPO.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing, automation, or semiconductor sectors.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple countries and time zones.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across APAC with emphasis on Malaysia and Johor Bahru.
• Partner with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and executives to develop hiring plans.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and Boolean search.
• Manage requisitions from approval to offer and onboarding.
• Provide market insights and recruitment strategy to leadership.
