Job summary

Brooks Automation is seeking a Senior Recruiter for APAC on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in Singapore and largely remote. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering, manufacturing, operations, and IT across APAC, with a focus on Malaysia and Johor Bahru, collaborating with hiring leaders worldwide.

The role requires 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruitment within manufacturing, automation, or semiconductor environments, strong sourcing skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience within in-house, agency, or RPO environments.
• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, engineering, automation, semiconductor, or supply chain sectors.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across countries, cultures and time zones.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing hiring decisions.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and market mapping.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for APAC roles across engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, quality, IT and corporate positions.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers, HR Partners, and leaders globally to shape hiring plans.
• Conduct intake discussions to understand requirements and organizational structure.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and conduct screenings, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Manage the ATS records and report on recruitment metrics and progress.
