Job description

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and other stakeholders to ensure that jobs are carried out smoothly, timely and safely.
• Monitor and guide team members to understand their job scope and ensure that they comply and follow all safety procedures and Company’s procedures.
• Exhibit high level of safety knowledge and awareness.
• Assist in the planning and execution of assigned job.
• Lead and guide new packers on basic safety knowledge and basic job skills.
• Manage daily operational matters for packing/logistics job.
• Organize and optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness for operation department.
• Play active role in lifting jobs, including checking lifting equipment and the necessary lifting documents.
• Lead and supervise a team of movers and packers.
• Any other tasks as required by reporting superior.

Job Requirements

• Minimum secondary education or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in packing, logistics, or operations preferred.
• Ability to lead, supervise, and guide movers and packers.
• Good knowledge of workplace safety, including lifting operations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Hands‑on, proactive, and willing to support daily operations.
• Able to plan and manage operational tasks efficiently.
• Capable of training new staff on basic safety and job skills.
• Physically fit, reliable, and able to follow company procedures.
• Willing to work around Singapore and commit to 5.5 days work week.
