• Operate the program in a cost-effective manner while meeting all requirements.
• Control and manage material usage, purchases, and overtime.
• Manage customer complaints effectively.
• Uphold integrity of inventory.
• Gather feedback for process evaluation and improvement.
• Document work instructions.
• Conduct On-Job-Training (OJT).
• Ensure staff compliance with established processes.

• Supervise a team of warehouse staff

• Control and manage material usage, purchases, headcount and overtime
• Customer complaint management
