Responsibilities

• To lead and manage a team of warehouse and office staff to ensure smooth day to day operations.
• To ensure daily targets are met according to agreed lead time.
• To ensure customers weekly/monthly KPI target are met.
• Carry out bonded & licensed goods activities according to Customs rules and regulations.
• Good control of stock inventory and accountability.
• Proper manpower deployment.
• Conduct weekly and monthly customer cycle count plus annual stock count if required.
• Keep record of frequent late comers and medical leave.
• Prepare & control purchase requisition and documentation.
• Work/resolve issues of QEHS.
• Coordinate with P&O on any HR related matters.
• To improve processes and productivity.
• Responsible & close for all non-compliance issues.
