• Supervise a team of warehouse staff.
• Ensure the Program meets expectations, including delivery timeline, inventory integrity, records and documentation retention.
• Control and manage material usage, purchases, headcount and overtime.
• Implementation of corrective actions and convey implications to the team.
• Uphold inventory integrity.
• Ensure staff compliance with all established processes and accuracy in data processing.
• Take disciplinary action on staff when required.
• Work with the Planner to align daily production order priorities, including "Hotshot" and "Delay," during daily production meetings.
• Establish shipment planning listings for Operations to focus.
• Facilitate communication with Operations and Planner for any issues impacting shipment fulfillment.
• Ensure Transpak delivers the correct base skid ordered.
• Ensure all modules for pullback or shipment are skidded and unskidded correctly.
• Scan tote labels into SMS.
• Ensure documents given by Customer Prep tally with the physical items.
• Ensure all documents are completed before handover to forwarder.
