Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Program meets expectation, including delivery timeline, inventory integrity, records and documentation retention.
• Operate the program in a cost-effective manner whilst meeting all requirements.
• Control and manage material usage, purchases, headcount and overtime.
• Customer complaint management.
• Uphold inventory integrity.
• Obtain feedback from program staff and customers for process evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Documentation of work instructions.
• Conduct On-Job-Training (OJT).
• Ensure staff compliance to all established processes and accuracy in data processing.
• Timely delivery of accurate reports and information to the Program Manager.
