Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation to offer acceptance, including developing job descriptions, posting positions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing candidate communication.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define candidate profiles, and develop recruitment strategies.
• Utilize sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct candidate assessments and skills evaluations for strong cultural and technical fit.
• Negotiate and extend competitive offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and build pipelines.
• Stay abreast of recruitment industry trends and continually improve processes and outcomes.
• Recommend and drive employee engagement activities.
• Support various HR initiatives and projects as required.
