Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition for technical and professional roles.
• Full-cycle recruitment experience including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Strong proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Mandarin for day-to-day interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer, including job descriptions, posting, screening, interviewing, and candidate communication.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networks, and referrals.
• Assess candidates for cultural and technical fit.
• Negotiate offers and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and build pipelines.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
