You will design sourcing strategies, manage high-volume requisitions, and mentor managers on staffing processes. Strong communication, stakeholder influence, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to source and attract top talent across multiple client groups.
• Ability to consult with managers to develop recruiting plans and programs.
• Experience delivering against metrics in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Maintains effective working relationships with all levels of management to ensure staffing coverage.
• Develops and implements recruiting/sourcing strategies and processes to support hiring needs.
• Recommends qualified candidates to hiring managers and HR Generalists after interviews and assessments.
• Monitors staffing processes for regulatory compliance and coordinates job postings and transfers.
• Identifies sources for qualified candidates by engaging agencies, colleges, universities, and diversity networks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
