Job summary

Maneuver Marketing in Singapore is seeking a talented Recruiter to join our People team and report to the Head of People. You will own the end-to-end recruitment cycle across Ops, Tech, Growth and Creatives, guiding Hiring Managers on the best actions to maximize candidate quality and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5y+ exp in Talent Acquisition with startup or fast-paced env.
• Experience across full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing.
• Proven ability to advise Hiring Managers on action plans.
• Strong sourcing techniques including Boolean strings and X-Ray searches.
• Experience with AI agents in TA is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Proficiency with ATS and analytics for process improvement.
• Proactive and curious to learn niche, complex roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage Recruitment Process including New Reqs Form with Hiring Managers.
• Set up ATS automation (Ashby) for interview plans and criteria.
• Define passive sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines.
• Conduct online interviews and provide notes with competency-based questions.
• Provide feedback to candidates and maintain employer branding voice.
• Advise Hiring Managers and ensure best practices and reduce bias.
• Produce weekly TA activity reports and analyze market data.
