Job summary

MINDEF is seeking a proactive leader to manage and enhance support systems for National Service administration in Singapore. You will drive system development, implementation and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with policy, service needs and operational demands.

Your role includes coordinating NS administration events and ensuring timely issue resolution with audit-ready records. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in HR/IT/operational support, with strong project management,

Qualifications

• Education in HR, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR, IT or operational support roles.
• Project management and business process management skills.
• Data analytics skills will be an advantage.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in managing and enhancing support systems for National Service administration.
• Oversee system development, implementation and continuous improvement, including process review and stakeholder integration.
• Ensure timely issue resolution and system readiness to uphold service standards.
• Coordinate National Servicemen administration and events; maintain audit-ready records.
• Facilitate issue resolution between SAF stakeholders and vendors, triaging reports and proposing solutions.
• Balance operational demands with limited resources while maintaining service standards.
• Coordinate with users, helpdesks, IT teams and vendors to resolve issues efficiently.
