Job summary

The Ministry of Defence of Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented HR professional to manage NS HR and administrative tasks before, during, and after ICT. You will respond to NSmen queries, support unit commanders, and help ensure timely resolution of cases logged.

• Monitor and manage the development and progress of cases logged, ensuring proper investigation and resolution.
• Collaborate with NS unit commanders to conduct cohesion activities and maintain staffing levels for leadership roles.
