Job summary

MINDEF in Singapore seeks a capable administrator to provide comprehensive infrastructure, finance and logistics support for training operations. You will plan, coordinate and allocate resources to keep activities running smoothly and ensure governance and policy compliance.

The role requires at least 3 years in logistics, finance or related operational support, strong organisation and communication skills, and the ability to lead a team of National Servicemen.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, finance, training or related operational support functions.
• Highly organised and meticulous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to lead diverse staff.
• Strong forward-planning and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage department's infrastructure, finance and logistics requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and allocate resources to support training operations.
• Maintain financial and administrative governance.
• Ensure compliance with established policies and governance requirements.
• Lead and develop a team of National Servicemen.
• Resolve operational issues to support uninterrupted activities.
