Senior Support Officer, People Team

Job description

People Team is Changi Airport Group's (CAG) human resource function and our mission is to attract and retain talents, build sustained capabilities and create an inspiring workplace. The core teams within this function are People Services & Rewards, People Development & Experience and Strategic Workforce Planning.

As part of the People Services & Rewards team, you will be reporting to the SVP, People Team and section lead to provide i) administrative support to senior leadership as a Personal Assistant, ii) manage the Secretariat Office for Management level meetings.

Key Responsibilities
Personal Assistant Duties
  • Manage complex calendars: schedule meetings, resolve conflicts, and protect focus time.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, itineraries, and briefing packs.
  • Gatekeep communications: screen emails/calls, draft replies, and manage correspondence.
  • Prepare expense claims and uphold confidentiality.
  • Support logistical needs
Secretariat — Management level meetings
  • Plan and schedule meetings; issue invites and manage attendance.
  • Compile agendas and circulate pre‑reads using approved templates.
  • Apply committee governance standards (quorum, cut‑off dates, documentation discipline).
  • Oversee meeting logistics.
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical records for meeting materials.
  • Draft accurate minutes and maintain records.
  • Support continuous improvement of templates and processes.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum ‘O' Levels or Certification in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in executive/administrative support; prior secretariat experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint/OneDrive; familiarity with meeting platforms (e.g., Convene) is a plus.
  • Excellent writing skills; strong organisation and attention to detail.
