Job summary

The role requires extensive regional front-line experience, strong commercial acumen, and ability to engage C-level stakeholders, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a commercial front line environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a regional commercial front line environment.
• Strong understanding of the South Asia market, including cultural, economic and regulatory factors.
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of pricing and network operations.
• Excellent communications & interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication.
• Able and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Engage with enterprise customers to identify key contacts and cultivate strategic relationships.
• Develop and execute strategies for relevant sectors and subsectors, supporting regional plans.
• Collaborate with XBU to create a unified One DHL approach for account management and business development.
• Support cross-divisional global, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other key meetings.
• Collaboratively develop opportunities aligned with customer strategies and priorities.
• Oversee RFQ and contract renewal management to prepare for Tender Review Board assessments and pricing strategies.
