Job summary

DHL Group is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to lead key accounts at the country level in Singapore. The role requires collaborating with EU/US teams to align on complex customer requirements, and acting as the main contact for escalations and continuous improvements in service quality.

You will drive business reviews, oversee IT/project rollouts with customers, and coach teams to ensure adherence to customer operating procedures, while building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree with relevant experience and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate across teams and regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage top customers at country level with complex requirements.
• Collaborate with EU/US teams to meet business requirements for AP customers.
• Be the primary contact for operational escalations and service quality improvements.
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review meetings with customers.
• Manage IT/project rollouts and initiatives with customers.
• Drive continuous improvements using First Choice tools (Gemba, CIP).
• Conduct performance analysis with stakeholders to fulfill customer agreements.
• Coach stations to ensure customer OP is followed and specifications are met.
• Maintain communication with internal and external parties to meet expectations.
• Provide proactive problem resolution and corrective actions for service excellence.
• Handle escalations and drive service recovery when needed.
• Develop sustainable relationships with customers.
