Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Singapore is seeking a senior Account Management professional to retain and grow strategic accounts across APAC. You will lead executive relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure delivery of service commitments through collaboration with Operations, Finance, and IT.

The role requires 12+ years in logistics/3PL with APAC focus, exceptional communication, and a proven ability to manage high-level client engagements across regions.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent education in Business or Logistics.
• Minimally 12 years in Logistics/3PL with APAC focus.
• Commercial acumen and ability to deliver financial gains on projects.
• Experience in a client-facing role at C-suite, regional heads, or global heads level.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation and presentation skills at all levels.
• Operational/Solution Design/Consulting experience involving facing customers.

Responsibilities

• Retain, develop, and expand strategic accounts across target sectors by strengthening executive-level customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability improvement, contract renewals, and customer lifetime value through structured account planning and proactive customer engagement.
• Ensure delivery of customer commitments, contractual obligations, and agreed service outcomes through effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop and execute customer growth plans aligned with Country, Regional, and Global strategies.
• Build a high-performing Account Management team focused on customer advocacy, value creation, and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Solutions Design, IT, Quality, and Business Development to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and identify expansion opportunities.
• Support Country and Regional leadership in implementing customer growth strategies and enhancing DHL's market position within existing accounts.
