  • Be familiar with fresh produce (especially vegetables) and select suitable product assortments based on different business scenarios.
  • Possess strong knowledge of wholesale markets and supplier resources; independently source and develop new products to meet procurement targets.
  • Build and manage supplier portfolios, control procurement costs, and maintain competitive retail pricing.
  • Develop appropriate warehousing and distribution solutions based on product characteristics to minimize loss and wastage.
  • Monitor market trends, manage purchase and selling prices, and formulate promotional plans as well as sales and profit targets for assigned categories.
Job Requirements
  • At least 3-4 years of procurement experience, with strong local supplier networks preferred.
  • Familiar with procurement processes, including price negotiation, order management, accounts handling, and supplier development.
  • Strong data analysis skills with good computer proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work cross-functionally and drive execution.
  • Positive work attitude, hardworking, and able to adapt to overtime when required.
